Superpowers
My #1 superpower is distilling complex health information into crystal-clear copy that informs and engages. Helpful stuff that you actually want to read.
A close-second superpower is that I wear my therapist and writer hats at the same time. I get deep into the minds of the audiences I write for. I don’t talk at (or worse yet, down to) people—rather, I truly connect with them.
Solid skills and experience
I’ve written everything from websites to app content to blog posts to social media copy to video scripts and much more. Plus, I’ve got the solid skills and experience to be able to hit the ground running.
I aim not only to meet expectations but to surpass them. And I’m a quick study when it comes to things like grokking new style guides and deciphering unfamiliar health conditions.
Merging the art of relating with the science of medicine
Whether I’m writing website content or working with a psychotherapy client, it’s ultimately all about relating, which is an art. On the other hand, medicine is a science. I enjoy merging the two. And I find that great things happen when we relate to people with care, integrity, and creativity.
Oh, and I’m really into tea
When I’m not writing or working with therapy clients, I love doing yoga and enjoying a steaming cup of pu-erh tea.
